Since 1999, the United States Indoor Soccer Association has certified well over 3,000 indoor referees across North America, including in almost every state in the US, Mexico and Canada. Over the years, USIndoor has helped bring unity to the game, but mainly it has enabled indoor soccer facilities to develop and continually upgrade their own referee programs while reducing their costs and exposure to liability.

Besides referee training, USIndoor's Referee Program is dedicated to establishing core values of customer service, loyalty, accountability and confidence.  Through USIndoor, referees are independently insured and trained, having significant financial and risk implications in terms of a facility's independent contractor or employer status.  Plus, facilities with certified USIndoor referees become eligible to participate in USIndoor sanctioned tournaments and leagues.
