LexisNexis® recommends the screening packages below for all employees and volunteers based on the jobs you are screening for. LexisNexis suggests that you consider where the candidate has lived for the longest period of time in the last 7-10 years when requesting a local (state or county) criminal search. All applicants should complete an employment application, whether for pay or as a volunteer, including consents to contact references and to perform the screening. (Consent forms and other assistance are available from LexisNexis.) In case of further questions, LexisNexis recommends consulting local counsel.
