Share Your Ideas and Expertise

USIndoor’s Facility Operators Conference and Tradeshow is the premier educational and networking gathering for indoor sports facility owners and operators. The three-day conference provides attendees with the most cutting-edge information in the industry, offered in a variety of formats – general session/keynote address, small breakout lectures, panel discussions and roundtable.

Benefits of Serving as a Speaker/Presenter/Facilitator:

  • Gain visibility in the indoor soccer/facility management community as a knowledge expert
  • Network with fellow operators and industry partners, forging lasting business relationships
  • Achieve personal and professional growth AND benefit the industry of indoor sports management by sharing your ideas and concepts with a larger community of peers

Selection Process

To be considered, your proposal must be submitted by no later than Thursday, January 1, 2009. All proposals will be reviewed and you will be notified of acceptance on or around January 15, 2009.

Power of Partnerships

We strongly encourage you to team up with other peers as co-presenters. The greater the variety of perspectives and experiences, the more the audience will benefit.

We do not allow solicitous presentations. Content must be purely educational in nature.

Ideas for Presentation Topics

The following list of topics have been requested by past conference attendees. We are providing this list to aid your brainstorming process, but by no means should you feel limited to these topics. The Audience

USIndoor expects approximately 300 facility owner/operators, startup operators, league personnel, and vendors to attend our 9th Annual Facility Operators Conference and Tradeshow. We expect that approximately 150 of these individuals will be current facility owner/operators from across the United States, Canada and Mexico. Because of multiple sessions going on concurrently, you may expect between 30-100 existing operators in your session.

Preparation

Speakers MUST come prepared to their session. A prepared power point presentation is strongly encouraged, as are written handouts. Handouts are almost always requested by the session participants, and the absence of handouts has been the most cited criticism in past speaker evaluations.
