Carol Sutton

Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Carol graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a BS in Biology, partly because she is genuinely interested in the human body, partly because she was told few people who begin that track actually finish it. She has always been ambitious.

Prior to joining USIndoor in charge of customer services, Carol was assistant to the General Manager at WTKR News Channel 3 in Virginia Beach. Carol is certainly a rigorous person, evident by her work ethic and her workouts. A former personal trainer and marathoner, she continues to run almost everyday for at least seven miles. "I am a mean personal trainer because I think hardcore is what some people need. One of my favorite shows is ‘The Biggest Loser.’ It is so inspiring. I am passionate when it comes to exercise and excuses, but I get it at the same time."

When she isn’t working or working out, Carol enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters, Campbell and Charlotte, ages six and three. Their mommy is quite the role model.

She confesses to just one weakness: "I am not materialistic, but shoes actually make me a happier and nicer person."
