Owners and prospective owners, managers, coaches, referees and all those serving the indoor soccer industry are invited to attend the United States Indoor Soccer Association's Facility Operators Conference September 10-12, 2004, hosted by RexPlex, New Jersey’s largest recreational sports facility. The Conference will be the “Fourth Annual,” following successful events at The Soccer Spot (2001) in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Family First Sports Park (2002) in Erie, Pennsylvania and Las Vegas Indoor Soccer, NV. Conveniently located within minutes of host hotels, the Marriott Newark Airport and Courtyard by Marriott, RexPlex is also conveniently located near New York City and the Jersey Gardens, New Jersey’s largest outlet mall. Attendees are invited to arrive early and stay late take in extra time in the Big Apple or Atlantic City, NJ.

Beginning on Friday with a Bus Tour of indoor soccer facilities in the region and concluding on Sunday, the Conference will promote the exchange of information, ideas and experiences among indoor facility owners and operators of single-sport and multi-use arenas. Attendees will learn some of the do's and don'ts involved in running an indoor soccer center or even getting one started.

Conference plans include round-table discussions with industry leaders focusing in two main tracts for the existing operator and for startup. Last year’s topics included general operations, employee management, alternative uses, marketing, concessions, administrative software, merchandising, strategic planning, market feasibility, in-house tournaments, referees and competition. Exhibitors of related service and products will also attend.

Admission, including some meals, is $55 to USIndoor members (good through August 4) and $85 to non-members (and those registering after August 4.) Admission for Exhibitors is $545 for USIndoor Corporate Members. Other non-members may complete the online registration form for additional information.

The Conference will begin Friday morning, September 10, with a bus tour (optional) of indoor soccer facilities in the region, followed by orientation sessions and a welcome reception in the Exhibition Hall at Rexplex. The next day’s activities will begin early on Saturday, September 11, include exhibitors, and continue through mid-day on Sunday, September 12.
