USIndoor Facility Operators’
Conference
2006 Planning Survey
This Survey is expressly intended for owners and
managers of facilities that have been in operation since January 1,
2000. Thank you for your participation.
USIndoor desires your input with regard to plans for
its 2006 Facility Operators’ Conference. In particular, USIndoor proposes
a special itinerary exclusively for the benefit of experienced operators.
Under such Program, facilities that meet eligibility requirements
will be invited to meet privately, as a group, on the Thursday and
Friday of the Conference weekend. In all other respects, the Conference
itinerary will follow that of 2005 (see
2005 Itinerary), including a Facility Bus Tour on Thursday, Trade
Show beginning in the late afternoon on Friday, and separate session
tracts for experienced operators and startups through mid-day on Sunday.
Please respond to the foregoing scenario, assuming a convenient, comfortable
and otherwise desireable location at a reasonable price.

1. Check all that apply:
I have attended the USIndoor Conference one or more times.
The Conference setup is fine as is. I see no need for adding
such a Program. Simply enforce, more closely,
access of startups
(facilities that have not yet opened) to sessions for existing operators.
I would likely attend a future USIndoor Conference only if I could
attend the proposed Program.
I would want to attend the Program, but not if it conflicted with
the Facility Bus Tour.
I would not likely be interested in attending the proposed Program.
If adopted, I would likely want to attend the proposed Program,
as well as the Itinerary
that followed
I would not likely attend a future USIndoor Conference,
regardless of the circumstances.

3. If you would likely want to take part in both
Thursday’s Facility Bus Tour and the proposed Program, how would you
propose resolving the conflict?
4. Please mark your Conference hotel preference:
Urban hotel at urban hotel pricing
Less expensive, but nice, suburban hotel within 1 hour of a major
urban center
5. Comments welcome (Please be as specific as possble):
