USIndoor Aligns with O²HR

(Arlington, VA - January 2, 2007) -- The United States Indoor Soccer Association (USIndoor) announced today a strategic business alliance with O²HR, LLC, a professional employer organization (PEO). O²HR will provide USIndoor members relief from the everyday burdens of employee management, as it relates to payroll administration, payroll tax (e.g., FICA, FUTA, SUTA), human resource consulting, employee benefits, risk and safety management, workers compensation and employer's liability insurance.

Based in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and with offices throughout the US, O²HR has over 30,000 worksite employees and approximately $800 million in annual revenue, making it one of the country's top eight PEOs and one of the few offering medical and workers compensation insurances on a national basis. A recent "MetLife Study of Employee Benefit Trends" found that among small and medium-sized companies:

• 30% of employers are dissatisfied with the benefits they can provide employees;
• 80% of employees say their employers need to provide better benefits education;
• 86% complain of inordinate time spent on HR administration; and
• 56% percent do not have access to many common HR features.
