Cincinnati Excite Holds Benefit for Hurricane Relief
Cleveland,
OH (September 19, 2005) - Cincinnati Excite owner Dave
Galus announced today that on October 8th, the club will host the
annual Red-Black Intersquad Match at Tri-County Soccerplex. Kickoff
time is at 6PM. Admission will be $5.00.
All
ticket proceeds will be donated to the American Red Cross to help
the victims of Hurricane Katrina, which devastated New Orleans and
much of the Gulf Coast. "We hope that all of the soccer players
and fans in the Cincinnati area will take this opportunity to assist
the victims of Hurricane Katrina and contribute to victims of this
disaster," said Galus.
The
Cincinnati Excite is a member of the American Indoor Soccer League,
a "Division II" indoor soccer league with offices in West
Springfield, MA (Administrative) and Cleveland, OH (Media Relations).
