Participant Accident Coverage

Participant Accident (PA) coverage provides medical coverage to eligible participants of USIndoor facilities (please see schedule of benefits for complete description.) PA coverage is excess medical coverage, meaning it is supplemental coverage if the participant has health insurance or primary coverage if the participant does not. PA coverage also provides additional coverage to the facility by ensuring that eligible participants have medical coverage in the event of an injury.

We have two participant accident programs. Each plan has an annual, per person rate. If a player plays in multiple sessions in a year, he or she is only counted once for the program. Both programs have a $1,000 disappearing deductible.

$10,000 Participant Accident Coverage:
$1.68 per person, annually for youth sports
$3.00 per person, annually for adult sports

$25,000 Participant Accident:
$1.89 per person, annually for youth sports
$3.53 per person, annually for adult sports

Coverage available for the following activities (for others, please ask):
Soccer, aerobics, badminton, baseball, basketball, batting cages, cross-country skiing, dodgeball, field hockey, fitness training, flag football, floor hockey, golf, gymnastics, horseback riding, ice hockey, lacrosse, roller hockey, softball, tennis, track, volleyball, wrestling and ultimate Frisbee.

The program has very little administration. Each player/referee should sign a waiver that is kept on file at the facility. There is no audit at the end of the year.

We also offer Property, Worker's Compensation, Excess/Umbrella, Director's & Officer's and Event Cancellation coverages. Please contact us for details.
