Jodi Blackwell
Chief Executive Officer
Saskatoon Soccer Centre Inc., Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
Blackwell has led Saskatoon Soccer Centre since 2008, overseeing two indoor soccer and multisport facilities that host tens of thousands of participants a year. She also chairs Discover Saskatoon’s Sports and Major Events Advisory Committee, working to bring major sporting events to the city.
Joe Grossman

Grossman has spent nearly 10 years in business development, building group and season ticket sales, partnerships, marketing and revenue growth strategies. He drives company growth at The Sports Facilities Companies after a range of sales and consulting roles across the industry.
Jacob Franks
Assistant Programs Manager
Monument Sports, Richmond, Va.
Franks has been with Monument Sports since 2017. Through the firm’s management of USIndoor’s insurance program, he has worked with the association’s board and staff for nearly a decade on initiatives that serve member facilities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance from the University of South Carolina.
Jamie Hammond
General Manager
Total Sports Experience, Rochester, N.Y.
Hammond has been with Total Sports Experience since its founding. He holds a bachelor’s degree in physical education from SUNY Cortland and a master’s degree in physical education and athletic administration from SUNY Brockport.
Angel Horowitz
Horowitz brings 20 years in recreation, with degrees in recreation and leisure management and in sports management. She has held leadership roles in traditional recreation and on the technology side of the industry, and focuses on streamlining operations and improving the customer experience.
Sam Migliano

Pinnacle Indoor Sports
Migliano has more than 20 years in the sports facility industry and leads Pinnacle’s work in market feasibility studies, financial modeling, economic impact analysis and facility operations. A Certified Arena Operator, he holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University and a master’s degree in sports administration from Canisius University.
Patrick Keane
Co-Owner and President
Boulder Indoor Soccer and Longmont Indoor Soccer, Boulder, Colo.
Keane has owned and operated indoor sports businesses for more than 20 years. Since founding Boulder Indoor Soccer in 2003, he has opened Boulder Indoor Futsal, Boulder Indoor Cycling, Longmont Indoor Soccer and Boulder County Soccer Club, and he consults with startup facilities on land acquisition, development and profitability.
Sandi Williams
General Manager
Plano Sports Authority, Plano, Texas
Williams oversees operations for Plano Sports Authority, a nonprofit serving recreational and competitive youth sports in North Texas. She is a leading voice in the North Texas youth sports community, where her team supports more than 100,000 youth athletes.
